Payment

The invoice is sent to the customer by post or email after delivery/installation of curtains.

Payment terms private person 10 days net. 

Payment terms Business customers 30 days net. 


Order

Only persons over the age of 18 who are registered in Sweden may shop.

Upon completion of the order, an order confirmation will be sent to the specified email address.

Changes to an order can only be made if the order has not begun production. The customer will then send us an e-mail and tell us about the changes you want to make. Contact us before 24h to make changes to your order


Warranty

On our plissé curtains, a 24-month warranty applies from the date of purchase. Save your invoice / order confirmation, that document is valid as proof of guarantee.

The warranty covers defects in materials and work of materials, repair work, necessary materials. The warranty does not cover repairs or other visits to the customer.


The warranty does not cover

Sun visors that have broken due to something other than manufacturing defects.

Damage due to improper use or vandalism.

Damage due to dirt from insects.

Adjustments, repairs or replacements of spare parts due to normal wear and tear, careless use of the product.


Delivery

Our goal is to always deliver your products as quickly as possible. Delivery is normally made within about 2-10 working days to the customer.


Rates

All prices on our site are in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT. Our products are divided different price groups depending on their material.


Complaint

If the product lacks quality, the customer should contact us in writing and describe the problem within 30 days from the date of delivery. In the first place, we replace the old item with a new one. Dimensional tolerance of +- 1 mm is applied.


Return

Since we sell custom-made goods, we can NOT offer any right of return. This is in accordance with the Distance and Home Sales Act

4 §: The right of withdrawal on a product does not apply to distance contracts if, due to their nature, the goods cannot be returned or that can quickly deteriorate or become too old.

Consumer

According to the Distance and Home Sales Act, the customer always has the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receipt of the goods and without having to state any special reason. When invoking the right of withdrawal and open purchase, you as a customer are responsible for the return shipping. Please note that according to Section 4 of the Distance and Home Sales Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply if the agreement concerns: "A product which, by its very nature, cannot be returned or which may quickly deteriorate or become too old".  Examples of such goods are custom-made goods such as awnings, blinds, plissé curtains, etc.
