For private customers , Mellabell gives a 1-year guarantee on service and 2-year on our pleated curtains. All other conditions are in accordance with the Consumer Sales Act. If the warranty period has passed or if the damage is due to handling errors or external influences, a cost of action will be charged. Costs such as time for action, travel, materials and transport must be approved by the customer before the case begins.
The time and date of action are determined together with the customer.
